Butt bridges aren’t the only good and effective butt exercise that can be done at home. There are other like one leg kickbacks and sidekicks and lunges. One leg kickback is nice exercise which you can do either standing up or kneeled down. It shapes your butt, but isn’t that good if you want more mass to your butt. Lunges on the other hand is one of the best butt exercises which will get mass to your but as well as at the same time workout your thighs. You definetly should try to do both, if you want to get some shape to your butt just by working out at home.

There are a few good ab exercises that will workout your abs and emphasize the load on the lower abs. The truth of the matter still exists and it is really hard and nearly impossible to exercise just one spot on your abs. Hanging leg and hip raises are still a good way to get leaner stomach. Easy to do and usually most of the gyms have apparatus for this or a high bar from which you can hang from. Basically the idea of this exercise is very simple, you just hang from a bar and lift up your straigth or bent legs. A really good exercise, very effective and targets well your abs and gets it lean faster. To get your butt to show more bigger, you need to get your stomach flatter!

Many want to know a good butt exercise that is easy to do few times a week after jog or walk outside, maybe the aim is to keep butt in some shape. A good exercise for this, or for true get a big butt exercising is butt bridge. It is a simple exercise where you lie on your back and lift up your pelvis and hold it up there for a while. One of the more efficient butt exercises is definetly squats, but even better is one legged squat. Some may find that one legged squats are hard on the knees and these people should not do it. But why one legged squats are better than regular squats? The answer is simple, you can deliver the power through your heel which makes your butt and hamstrings do the most of the work. You can actually feel this when executing the exercise.
The main difference between regular squat and one legged squat is obviously that you do the exercise with one leg. You may use the other leg for support, but just make sure that when coming back up you mostly use one leg and deliver the power through it’s heel. A good machine for executing this exercise is the smith machine, as the barbell is connected to the machine at all times, it is easier to keep balance. One great way to get your butt look bigger is to workout your abs. Doing different ab exercises is a great way to get your stomach a little flatter, which will make the shape of your butt to show up more.
