If you want to use these big butt exercises just for toning your butt, you should do longer sets with less weights, if you want to get a bigger butt, you should always use big weights and do short sets. In general, longer sets tone your muscles and shorter with big weights stimulate your muscles to grow. First time when you try out these butt exercises do them without or with minium weights to get the move correct. Then try to add weight along to find with what weight you can do 15 repetitions.
